Our Team

At our centre, we are proud to have a dedicated and passionate team committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for all children. We are especially proud to have long-standing staff members whose experience, stability, and commitment help create a strong sense of community for our children and families.

 

Director – Lori Hay

Our Director, Lori Hay, works Monday to Thursday and brings strong leadership, experience, and a deep commitment to early childhood education. As a long-standing member of our team, Lori provides consistency and guidance in the daily operations of the centre and supports every child’s development and wellbeing.

Assistant Director & Educational Leader – Pamela Keenihan

Our Assistant Director, Pamela Keenihan, works Monday to Friday and is also our Educational Leader. Pamela plays a vital role in supporting both families and educators. She leads curriculum development, mentors staff, and ensures our educational programs reflect best practice and the Early Years Learning Framework. As a valued long-term staff member, she helps maintain the high-quality standards our family’s trust.

Our Educators

We have three dedicated Teachers and a supportive team of Educators who hold Diploma and Certificate III qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care. Many of our educators have been with us for years, providing continuity of care and building strong, lasting relationships with children and families. Our team works collaboratively to create engaging learning experiences that support each child’s growth, curiosity, and confidence.

Welcoming Students

We warmly welcome students completing placements and practical training in early childhood education. Supporting future educators is important to us, and we value the fresh ideas and enthusiasm they bring to our centre.

My family absolutely love this childcare centre. The staff are warm, kind and caring and have been retained for many years so the children have consistency in their carers. We love that our daughter is assigned one primary carer amongst the class who is our main point of contact and therefore in touch with our daughter's personal development needs. We cannot speak highly enough of Kayla who is so attentive with excellent communication! This centre has a great community vibe and a positive welcoming feel when you walk through the door. We tried a few other private centres before moving to WCCC, while the private centres looked appealing being shiny and new their staff, attitude and environment cannot compete with WCCC. Our daughter hated the other centres and cried everyday going there but from day one she fell in love with WCCC and became excited about going to childcare!

Love, love, love this centre. From day 1 my son has come home happy. At pickup I used to often find him sitting in a staff member's lap, which assured me that if he needed attention during the day, he received it promptly. The staff are all excellent, knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about what they do. I really value the community feel of this centre, and that parents can be on the management committee. And my son loves the food that Roni provides. Couldn't ask for a better place to help develop my child.

Amazing staff with so much heart and caring mindset. It’s wonderful seeing our daughter been raised(already left she's 7 yrs old now) and now my son(1.5 yrs old)get excited about going to daycare here. Having toured a number of new centres on the area, we chose Warradale CCC for our daughter as it had large open outdoor spaces, specifically designed to suit the needs of each age group. The staff nurture and encourage each child’s social and emotional development through play based learning. Our daughter actively participates in setting the room up for lunch and helps by cleaning her space at the end of her meal. We love that her independence is encouraged and she bring much of this learning home. Quiet and calm routines after lunch allow for children to relax, rest and sleep. We are so glad we found Warradale CCC. Our daughter never puts up a fight to get in the car when she knows we are going to childcare.
